Blueberry Sour

Last year, I began making my own liqueurs. I’ve made blood orange, cherry, watermelon, lavender and blueberry. They’re simple to make and taste much better than the store-bought version. I’m on my second batch of blueberry liqueur, and this drink is one of my favorites.

Ingredients

Serves: Two

2 oz. fresh squeezed lime juice

4 oz. blueberry liqueur

2 oz. blueberry vodka

4 oz. gin

Lime peel and blueberries, optional

Directions

Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker (order does not matter), then fill the shaker with ice.

Shake vigorously for one minute.

Strain and pour into martini glasses.

Garnish with a lime peel and blueberries on a skewer.

Hand-blown Ripple coupe glass in smoke, set of two for $65. Available at Gather, Katonah.
