For those who don’t know, the law under which our Town & County property tax bill falls is New York State’s Real Property Tax Law (RPTL) which means the deadlines and penalties connected to this Town & County Tax Bill cannot be changed by our office or your local Town Board. At this time the State has not allowed for a change to the deadline so this bill is due by 4/30/2020.
